The genuine intake hose is made of rubber and is susceptible to deterioration due to harsh environments exposed to high temperatures and vibration.
Another characteristic of the K20A engine is the large amount of vertical pitching that causes deterioration.
If the deterioration progresses, the intake hose may break and foreign matter may be sucked in, and in the
worst case, it may cause damage to the inside of the engine.
The high performance intake pipe has a three-layer structure in which fibers are sandwiched between silicone blended with polyester, which dramatically improves durability against high heat and vibration.
Has excellent strength and prevents expansion deformation due to intake pressure. By replacing the genuine product with a bellows structure, a stable and smooth flow of intake air can be obtained, and the throttle response can be improved.
It also works well with the Big Throttle Kit, and by combining it with the Tsuchinoko Air Intake System, you can achieve even higher performance.
There is no need for processing when installing, and it can be installed by bolt-on.
The red coloring colors the engine room, and it also has a dress-up property that appeals the tuning engine.
